² Excessively long descriptions will incur an extra charge (2+ paragraphs)
• Use in Generative AI and NFTs is NOT permitted
• Turnaround Time of 1 month MAX. Excluding complex multi-character art (dependent on commissioner feedback)
• Payment upfront via PayPal or Kofi.
• Payment plans are permitted if the commission is over $150, a down payment of $50 must be placed, which will not be refunded in the event of a back out. The commission will not be progressed beyond a sketch without full payment.
• Pay only AFTER I've confirmed your order. If you are unable to pay after I have provided the quote, inform me ASAP
• Do not send repeated messages to rush me. Occasional reminders or asking for progress is allowed (once a week give or take).
• 3 Corrections are allowed during the sketch phase. Beyond that there will be a $5 charge per change.
• I will watermark/ sign the artwork which may not be tampered with/ removed.
• No commercial use of the art work is allowed unless negotiated, at approximately +100% of the base rate depending on use
• If I am harassed by the commissioner, I reserve the right to block without offering a refund.
• Refunds are available for emergencies. If this happens before any work has been done, a full refund will be offered. If this happens after the sketch, 50%-20% will be refunded, dependent on work completed.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address, loss of any kind due to an inaccurate address will not be compensated.
